An exhibition on Climate Change in Knoxville TN, Creative Director Jake Barton had a clear vision for the show, and it was my role to create a 3D Model of the space, as well as all of the artwork and graphics, and oversee the protection and installation in just seven weeks. In addition, I helped write many of the facts and consulted on messaging around Climate Change.

Hallway & Library
Renovation and design of a Victorian home in Hudson NY. The original hallway had no connection to the large front room of the home which was being used as an office. This design not only opens the wall between the two rooms, but creates a passageway by deepening the wall with custom bookshelves blended into the archway; transforming the office into a library. A closet space is also created at the end of the hallway using beautiful salvaged arched door and paneling, and the historic doors at the entry were altered with new glass panels to allow more light in.

Brooklyn Restaurant
Interior design of a small restaurant and bar in Brooklyn. Featuring custom booths and bar back. The challenge of the design was that the space is relatively small, so I wanted to create intimate spaces for diners while maximizing seating potential. The energetic tile pattern sets the tone for an experience that is traditional yet modern and vibrant.

Warehouse Roastery
Interior design and layout of a coffee shop and roastery that was to be set in a very beautiful location. This was just a preliminary sketch for the parties, but unfortunately the project did not go through.

Huge x SXSW
Environmental event design and signage for an agency’s presence at SXSW. I created the concept for the event, including the tagline, “Shine a Light” and reflected that message in the venue with the fabrication of a large neon logo that marked the spot for a VIP dinner and day-to-day events, including an art exhibit and symposium. A 3D rendering of a booth design, using product packaging to create a layered dimensional scene. Bar tenders can occupy and distribute product from the booth during a concert series event in Brooklyn Bridge Park.
